"We used GER for our wedding, and the process was so easy! I changed my order ~30 times over the course of 3 months leading up to the event, and they had a quick turn-around on updating the invoice each time.
My main contact was Jennifer, and I also corresponded with Jill. Their responses were timely, they gave advice when I was unsure about logistics, and they were friendly throughout the whole process. Despite so many changes, everything came in perfect quantity and order.
Prior to booking GER, I did a quote through a national competitor but going with GER saved me $1k! Also, the delivery window is the whole day, but if you call the day prior to delivery/pick-up, they are able to narrow it down to a 2-hour window. I called on both occasions, and the delivery/pick-up crew arrived right at the start of the 2-hour ETA.
